It has been known for the bamboo bar between the two baskets to break under the load.

Miners work with three loads shuttling them up the crater in short distances. Paid by the kilo that they transport to the weigh station at the bottom of the mountain.

Miners carry their loads from the crater to weigh station at bottom of mountain, loads can be upwards of 100 kg.
